We had Amelia blessed on Easter Sunday. What an insanely hectic morning that was--we were a bit late getting to church (who knew you had to plan an extra half hour to get the baby ready for church?!) and Amelia wasn't dressed yet (her blessing gown is so long we couldn't buckle her into her car seat while wearing it) and because the previous ward was just letting out I had to elbow my way through a crowd to the ladies room to get the poor baby dressed while hearing the opening announcements being given. I barely made it on time to pass Amelia (fully dressed--if somewhat disgruntled for being stuffed into her dress so unceremoniously) off to Pete so the congregation didn't have to be kept waiting.
But the blessing was beautiful, Amelia was an angel and didn't make a sound the whole time, and my baby looked gorgeous in her dress--so it all turned out ok in the end. Enjoy the pics.

We blessed Mia on Easter Sunday too. Wasn't it neat to combine Easter with another significant something as well?
